Bective Leslie Marsh was born out of a merger between two long established estate agents. One very traditional, the other fast moving and commercially driven. The objective was to provide a new, sustainable and credible positioning in the market.
Following an in-depth review and research programme, our findings uncovered a staggering key statistic in that 97% of BLM's customers said they would happily recommend the company to their friends. This uniquely positive testament to the quality of their service allowed us to demonstrate empathy with the customer and to create a distinctive message (Refreshingly Different), where unlike the shrill tone of other estate agents, we lowered our voice to be heard. We also developed a distinguishing identity, unlike any other in the industry, to enable stand-out. The network of offices was upgraded to reflect this new look, which has had a significant positive impact upon the business.
