Invited to review and advise on the marketing strategy and positioning of the newest phase of this award-winning development.
We undertook a comprehensive research programme amongst the development team, sales staff, customers and non-customers in order to identify their perceptions, likes and dislikes, as well as conducting market and competitor analysis and purchaser profiling. From this mass of data we were able to produce a strategic marketing report, which delivered a focused direction to the Board, highlighting the key elements that should underpin the launch campaign.
