" Strategic marketing partner for the whole of the London and Southern region

The Brief

Appointed strategic marketing partner for the London region after a pitch for a single new development. Within a few months, our brief was extended to cover the whole of the Southern region as well - a total of 18 major new developments.

The Solution

Our approach to any communications challenge is always results focused, so unsurprisingly we were first asked to review urgently the most under-performing sites in the regions where enquiries, visitor numbers and sales had fallen away.

We undertook comprehensive site reviews, market and competitor analysis as well as purchaser profiling, from which we were able to produce strategic marketing reports; these highlighted any weaknesses with the current campaigns, as well as opportunities. New marketing strategies and positioning were proposed, based upon the recommendations highlighted by our findings, and new collateral developed.

The impact of the new campaigns was monitored closely and, in all cases, improved enquiries and sales were reported - in many cases significant.
