Graham Associates was invited to provide consultancy and marketing support to this newly launched City-based stock broking firm. Due to our unusually high level of first-hand financial marketing experience, we were invited to work closely with the management team to develop a marketing strategy to enable them to quickly build up a flow of qualified investor leads for their sales team to convert.
We conducted a thorough competitor audit to define the optimum USP on which to launch their offer. This was based on 'The art of conversation', i.e. a service from a personal broker, as many competitors had turned to ‘faceless’ online broking.
We also identified the importance of providing excellent research, leading us to negotiating a valuable sponsorship deal with Vitesse Media, award-winning publisher of Growth Company Investor. The VID and corporate stationery was extremely well received, followed by brochures, advertisements, direct mailers and a comprehensive website, which included price and market news feeds.
