PPC Worldwide is one of the world’s leading providers of Employee Assistance Programmes. However, with their existing literature, the benefits of the services they provide were unclear. In addition, they required a campaign idea which would be relevant for both employees and employers.
Our answer was to simplify the service and depict it as a ‘lifeline’ that explained both what was available and the various stages at which the range of advice and support could be accessed. By clarifying the service we were able to gain crucial ‘buy in’ from HR departments who, in turn, became ambassadors for PPC.
